How to Withdraw Funds from Your MiFinity eWallet

Learn how to withdraw funds from your MiFinity eWallet with simple step-by-step guidance and helpful support information.

If you have previously made a deposit to your account via card and completed the 4-digit pin verification process, you will have the option to send funds back to that verified card.

Please note that the 4 digit verification code will only be created after your first successful card deposit. This 4 digit code will appear in your personal banking app and /or  bank statement .

For Revolut users the 4 digit code will be available in your Personal Account Statement.

• Select “Withdraw” 
• Select the wallet you wish to withdraw from.
• Select withdrawal option . You have the option to withdraw the funds to your verified card, personal bank account or crypto currency. Note for crypto currency the conversion of the redeemed funds is converted into cryptocurrency by Cryptopay. Mining fees and conversion rates are applied.
• Enter the amount you would like to withdraw.
• Click on “Make Payment” . You will be sent a confirmation email detailing the transaction details for your reference.

Note for crypto currency withdrawals users will have to choose the specific crypto currency coin first before  entering the amount. Next you will be prompted to enter the crypto payment destination address. 

Final fees will be calculated at withdrawal approval stage.
