• Where can I use Google Wallet as a payment option with MiFinity?

Google Wallet is now available as a payment option to MiFinity Android eWallet App customers.

It is also available as a payment option in your desktop, iOS Mobile browsers and on Android mobile browsers.

Google Wallet is available as a payment option in our eCommerce, Gaming and Travel eWallets (not available for FOREX eWallets).

• Which devices is Google Wallet compatible with?

Per communication from Google : ‘ From 10 June 2024, Google Wallet will require Android 9 or higher on your phone and all various compatible desktop browsers like Chrome, Safari, Firefox & Edge. 

Note this is subject to change by Google.

• How do I authenticate Google Wallet?

There are several options available to verify yourself and make payments in your Google Wallet depending on your Android device e.g. PIN, Pattern, Password or Biometric. On Browsers, please Log in with your Google account credentials.

• What is the process for completing a Google Wallet payment?

You just need your Android phone to access the MiFinity app to complete the payment on a partner site and access to your google account on your browsers.

• How secure is Google Wallet payment method with MiFinity?

Google Wallet is a safe, quick and secure mobile payment method. It allows you to pay without the need for a physical card or even cash.

• Where can I view all my Google Wallet Transactions with MiFinity?

All transactions can be viewed in the MiFinity eWallet app under the eWallet transaction history.

• What are the fees for using Google Wallet with MiFinity?

MiFinity only charge the standard card fees which are dependent on the type of card used for your payment . Our fees can be found here.

• What are some of the reasons as to why I am not able to complete payment using Google Wallet?

If you are having a problem with making a Google Wallet payment this could be for several reasons:

• There may be insufficient funds available

• Credit limit available to complete the transaction
