Where can I use Apple Pay as a payment option with MiFinity?

Apple Pay is now available to MiFinity eWallet App customers with iOS devices. It is also available as a payment option in your desktop and on IOS mobile bowser .

Apple Pay is available as a payment option in supported wallets.

Which devices is Apple Pay compatible with?

• iPhone models with Face ID
• iPhone models with Touch ID except iPhone 5s
• Beginning September 16, 2024 with the launch of IOS 18, iPhone users can use Apple Pay in any desktop web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox , you name it – even on Windows PCs).

How do I use Apple Pay?

• iPhone models with Face ID - double-click the side button, authenticate with Face ID or enter your passcode as requested.
• iPhone models with Touch ID except iPhone 5s - Hold the Touch ID until you see Done and a checkmark. 
• For non-Safari desktop browser you can scan the QR code with your IOS mobile device with IOS version 18 or more.
• For safari desktop browser you can authenticate the payment using fingerprint or passcode.

What is the process for completing an Apple Pay payment?

You just need your iPhone to access the MiFinity app to complete the payment.

How secure is Apple Pay payment method with MiFinity?

Apple Pay is a safe, quick and secure mobile payment method. It allows you to pay without the need for a physical card or even cash.

MiFinity does not send your actual credit or debit card number with your payment. We will just send a token code which is encrypted ensuring that your card details are safe.

Where can I view all my Apple Pay Transactions with MiFinity?

All transactions can be viewed in the MiFinity eWallet app.

Is there a limit to the number of cards that I can add to my Apple Pay Wallet app?

Apple Pay may limit the number of cards that you can add to your Apple Pay wallet.

What are the fees for using Apple Pay with MiFinity?

What are some of the reasons as to why I am not able to complete my payment using Apple Pay?

If you are having a problem with making an Apple Pay payment this could be for several reasons including:

• There may be insufficient funds available
• Credit limit available to complete the transaction
•  

Is Apple Pay available for all MiFinity clients?

How do I add cards to my Apple Wallet app?

Simply open the Apple Wallet app, select on the ‘+’ icon to add new cards & follow the on-screen instructions.

Can I add different card types to my Apple Wallet App?

You can add multiple debit or credit cards to your Apple Wallet app.  

Apple Pay deposits with MiFinity works with cards issued by Visa and Mastercard.

The first card added to your Apple Pay wallet becomes your default card. However, you can always change this at any time.

How do I remove a card from my Apple Wallet App?

You can also remove a card from your mobile Apple Pay Wallet. Simply log in to your Apple Pay Wallet and select remove card
