A Statement of Fees is a summary document that provides an overview of all charges and fees you have paid for your account
2. Can I download my Statement of Fees and choose a custom date range?
You can download your Account Statement anytime through your account. Simply log in to your account then:
WEB account >select the drop-down next to your name > Choose Statements > Select the account for which you require your statement.
APP account >select MORE>Statements>Select the account for which you require your statement.
The statement will be sent to the email address used for registration in PDF Format
3. Can I request a duplicate or reissued Statement of Fees?
Yes. You can request a download of your Statement of fees a maximum of three times daily. This is then sent to your registered email address, and in PDF Form.
4. Who can I contact if I notice an error on my statement?
If you notice an error or have a question about a listed fee, contact our customer support immediately. Provide any relevant details (such as the date and description of the fee) to help resolve the issue quickly. Email clientservices@mifinity.com

You can generate or download the Statement of Fees for up to one year from the current date.
